How long does shipping take?
Free shipping takes 3–5 business days. Paid shipping options will show an estimated arrival date at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain packaging with no mention of what's inside.
Packaging will say Schtips in the top left of the label; you may request for this to be removed.
Do you ship internationally?

Do I need to be 21+ to order?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase from Schtips. By placing an order, you confirm you're of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Why won't my order go through?
The most common reason is a billing address mismatch — make sure the address you enter matches the one on file with your card. For debit cards, confirm you have available funds.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated window, contact us. We use third-party shipment tracking and will locate the package.

How do I clean my schtips filter?
Clean every few uses. Rinse with warm water and soap or isopropyl alcohol and salt. You can run them through the dishwasher, just keep them contained. Each set of Schtips comes with a glass storage container that doubles as a soak jar for deeper cleans.
Which size should I choose: 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm?
Every Schtips set includes all three. As a quick guide:
- 8mm: best for slim, quick rolls (about 1g in standard papers). Cigarette-sized.
- 10mm: best for everyday rolls (about 1.6g). About the size of a AAA battery.
- 12mm: best for king-size papers and longer rolls (about 2.3g). About the size of a Sharpie.

Will these work with my rolling papers?
Yes. The 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm sizes cover every common paper size — from 1¼" to king-size to wraps.
What are the filters made of?
A proprietary, heat-resistant elastomer that's free of BPA, BPS, BPF, and PVC. All filters are dishwasher-safe.

How do I use a Schtips filter?
Roll it into your paper the same way you would a paper filter. We recommend not letting the lit end reach the filter.
How many times can a filter be reused?
If used and cared for properly, our filters last indefinitely.
